Welcome to Sunwave Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the Sunpesa app and any transactions made through our point-of-sale (POS) devices at our selling points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By accessing or using the Sunpesa app or any services provided by Sunwave Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Account Registration:<\/strong> To use the Sunpesa app, you must register an account and provide accurate information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Loading Credits:<\/strong> You can load money into your Sunwave Wallet using your mobile wallet at our selling points. The loaded amount will be converted into credits in your Sunwave Wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Use of Credits:<\/strong> Credits in your Sunwave Wallet can be used exclusively to purchase ice and, in the future, other merchandise offered by Sunwave Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pricing:<\/strong> All prices are listed in the country of transaction’s currency and are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Receipts:<\/strong> Upon completing a transaction, you will receive a confirmation via the Sunpesa app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ice Purchases:<\/strong> All sales of ice are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ice once purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Loaded Credits: <\/strong>Funds loaded into your Sunwave Wallet are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Exceptions:<\/strong> In rare cases where a refund is granted at our discretion, the refunded party will bear all costs associated with the refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Account Security<\/strong>: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prohibited Activities<\/strong>: You agree not to misuse our services, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additional Offerings:<\/strong> Sunwave Limited may offer additional merchandise for purchase using your Sunwave Wallet credits. These Terms will also apply to such merchandise unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sunwave Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
